1. Genel Bakış

Bu gizlilik politikası, GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET tarafından geliştirilen xReporte mobil uygulamasının veri uygulamalarını açıklar.

1. Overview

This privacy policy describes the data practices of the xReporte mobile application developed by GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET.

2. Topladığımız Veriler

Önemli: xReporte hiçbir kişisel verinizi sunucularımıza göndermez, saklamaz veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz.

2.1 Doğrudan Topladığımız Veriler

Hiçbiri. Ad, e-posta, telefon, konum, kişiler veya başka kişisel veri talep etmiyoruz.

2.2 Cihazınızda Yerel Olarak Saklanan Veriler

  • Premium abonelik durumu
  • Ücretsiz sorgu sayacı
  • Dil tercihi

Uygulamayı sildiğinizde tüm yerel veriler silinir.

2. Data We Collect

Important: xReporte does not transmit, store or share any of your personal data with our servers or third parties.

2.1 Data We Collect Directly

None. We do not request your name, email, phone, location, contacts or any other personal information.

2.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

  • Local search history
  • Premium subscription status
  • Free query counter
  • Language preference

All local data is deleted when you uninstall the App.

3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Profil bilgilerini almak için üçüncü taraf bir API sağlayıcısı kullanılır. Yalnızca aradığınız kullanıcı adı bu sağlayıcıya iletilir; kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez.

Premium abonelik satın alma işlemleri Google Play Billing üzerinden gerçekleşir. Ödeme bilgilerinize erişimimiz yoktur.

3. Third-Party Services

A third-party API provider is used to fetch profile data. Only the username you search is sent; it is not linked to your identity.

Premium subscription purchases are processed via Google Play Billing. We have no access to your payment information.

4. Uygulama İzinleri

  • Harici Depolama (Android 9 ve altı): İndirilen medyaları kaydetmek

Konum, kamera, mikrofon, kişiler veya başka hassas izinler talep edilmez.

4. App Permissions

  • Internet: To fetch profile data
  • Vibrate: Haptic feedback when analysis completes
  • External Storage (Android 9 and below only): To save downloaded media

No sensitive permissions like location, camera, microphone or contacts are requested.

5. Çocukların Gizliliği

xReporte 13 yaş altı için tasarlanmamıştır. 13 yaş altı kullanıcılardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

5. Children's Privacy

xReporte is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13.

Sunucu tarafı veri saklamadığımızdan silme için Uygulamayı kaldırmanız yeterlidir.

1. Şartların Kabulü

Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz.

By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms of Use.

2. Hizmet Tanımı

xReporte; herkese açık sosyal medya profillerine yönelik bilgileri görüntülemenize ve istatistik tabanlı analizler almanıza olanak sağlar.

2. Service Description

xReporte enables you to view information about publicly available social media profiles and obtain statistics-based analyses.

3. Sınırlı Lisans

Kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan lisans verilir. Kopyalamak, değiştirmek, ters mühendislik yapmak yasaktır.

3. Limited License

A limited, non-exclusive license is granted for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, modifying or reverse-engineering is prohibited.

4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

  • Yasaları ihlal, taciz veya zarar verme
  • Otomatik araç/bot/scraper kullanma
  • Güvenlik mekanizmalarını veya abonelik sistemini atlatma
  • Uygulamanın bütünlüğüne zarar verme
Uyarı: İhlal eden kullanıcıların erişimi uyarısız iptal edilebilir.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No violation of laws, harassment or harm
  • No automated tools, bots or scrapers
  • No bypassing security or subscription mechanisms
  • No harming the App's integrity
Warning: Violators may have access revoked without notice.

5. Premium Abonelik

5.1 Otomatik Yenileme

Abonelikler, dönem sonundan en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. Ücret Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.

5.2 İptal

Aboneliğinizi Google Play → Hesap → Abonelikler üzerinden istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.

5.3 İade

İadeler Google Play politikasına tabidir: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Charges are made via your Google Play account.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via Google Play → Account → Subscriptions.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are subject to Google Play's policy: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637

6. Üçüncü Taraf Veriler

Tüm profil bilgileri yalnızca kamuya açık kaynaklardan alınır. Verilerin doğruluğu sağlayıcıya göre değişebilir.

All profile data is obtained only from publicly available sources. Data accuracy may vary by provider.

7. Fikri Mülkiyet

xReporte adı, logosu, tasarımı ve kodu GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET'e aittir.

7. Intellectual Property

The xReporte name, logo, design and code belong to GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET.

8. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli amaca uygunluk garantisi vermeyiz.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We make no warranty of uninterrupted operation, error-freedom or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Sorumluluk Sınırı

GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET; Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluk, son 12 ay abonelik bedeli ile sınırlıdır.

9. Limitation of Liability

GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App. Total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

10. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Tüketici hakları saklıdır.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Consumer rights are reserved.
