Bu Kullanım Şartları, GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET tarafından geliştirilen xReporte mobil uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern the use of the xReporte mobile application developed by GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET. By downloading, installing or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept, please do not use the App.
2. Hizmet Tanımı
xReporte; kullanıcıların herkese açık sosyal medya profillerine yönelik bilgileri görüntülemesine ve istatistik tabanlı analizler almasına olanak sağlayan bir mobil yardımcı araçtır. Hizmet aşağıdakileri içerir:
- Profil adı arama ve temel bilgi görüntüleme
- Takipçi/takip sayıları ve etkileşim istatistikleri
- İçerik özetleri ve analiz raporları
- Bazı özellikler için isteğe bağlı premium abonelik
2. Service Description
xReporte is a mobile utility that lets users view information about publicly available social media profiles and obtain statistics-based analyses. The Service includes:
- Profile lookup and basic information display
- Follower/following counts and engagement statistics
- Content summaries and analysis reports
- Optional premium subscription for certain features
3. Sınırlı Lisans
Şartlara uymanız koşuluyla, xReporte'yi kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla cihazınızda kullanmanız için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, ters mühendisliğine girişemez ya da yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
3. Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use xReporte on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App's source code.
4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Yürürlükteki yasaları, üçüncü tarafların haklarını veya gizlilik haklarını ihlal etmek
- Hizmeti taciz, sahtekarlık, kimlik avı, takip veya zarar verme amacıyla kullanmak
- Otomatik araç, bot, scraper veya benzeri yöntemlerle Uygulamayı çalıştırmak
- Uygulamanın güvenlik mekanizmalarını veya abonelik sistemini atlatmaya çalışmak
- Hizmeti kullanarak başka bir kullanıcı veya kuruluşa karşı izinsiz veri toplama yapmak
- Uygulamanın bütünlüğüne, performansına veya kullanılabilirliğine zarar vermek
4. Acceptable Use
While using the App, you agree NOT to:
- Violate applicable laws, third-party rights or privacy rights
- Use the Service for harassment, fraud, phishing, stalking or harm
- Operate the App via automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar means
- Bypass the App's security mechanisms or subscription system
- Use the Service for unauthorized data collection against any user or organization
- Harm the integrity, performance or availability of the App
5. Premium Abonelik Şartları
5.1 Abonelik Planları
xReporte, isteğe bağlı premium abonelik planları sunar (haftalık ve aylık). Güncel fiyatlar Uygulama içinde Google Play Billing arayüzünde gösterilir.
5.2 Otomatik Yenileme
Abonelikler, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem sonunda Google Play hesabınıza tanımlı ödeme yönteminden tahsil edilir.
5.3 İptal
Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Google Play uygulaması → Hesap → Abonelikler menüsünden iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda yürürlüğe girer.
5.4 İade
İade talepleri Google Play'in iade politikasına tabidir: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
5.5 Ücretsiz Kullanım Sınırı
Ücretsiz kullanıcılar belirli sayıda sorgu hakkına sahiptir. Bu sınır geçildiğinde premium aboneliğe geçiş istenir.
5. Premium Subscription Terms
5.1 Subscription Plans
xReporte offers optional premium subscription plans (weekly and monthly). Current pricing is shown in-app via the Google Play Billing interface.
5.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged to the payment method on file with your Google Play account at the end of each period.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play app → Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.4 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
5.5 Free Usage Limit
Free users have a limited number of queries. When this limit is exceeded, an upgrade to premium is offered.
6. Üçüncü Taraf Veriler ve Hizmetler
xReporte, profil bilgilerini üçüncü taraf API sağlayıcıları aracılığıyla yalnızca kamuya açık kaynaklardan alır. Verilerin doğruluğu, güncelliği ve tamlığı sağlayıcıdan sağlayıcıya değişebilir. Yayıncı, üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin kesintisizliğini veya doğruluğunu garanti etmez.
Uygulama herhangi bir özel API'ye, korumalı hesaba veya kullanıcı oturumuna erişim sağlamaz.
6. Third-Party Data and Services
xReporte retrieves profile information through third-party API providers from publicly available sources only. The accuracy, freshness and completeness of this data may vary by provider. The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted or accurate operation of third-party services.
The App does not access any private APIs, protected accounts or user sessions.
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
xReporte adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı, kaynak kodu ve tüm içerik GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET'e aittir ve telif hakkı ile uluslararası fikri mülkiyet yasaları kapsamında korunur.
7. Intellectual Property
The xReporte name, logo, interface design, source code and all content belong to GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET and are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.
8. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "kullanılabilir olduğu kadar" sunulur. GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET, Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız, virüs barındırmayan veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağına dair hiçbir garanti vermez.
Uygulama aracılığıyla sunulan analizler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; hukuki, ticari veya kişisel kararların tek dayanağı olarak kullanılmamalıdır.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET makes no warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Analyses provided through the App are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for legal, commercial or personal decisions.
9. Sorumluluk Sınırı
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET; Uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ay içinde sizden tahsil edilen abonelik bedeli ile sınırlıdır.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
10. Tazminat
Uygulamayı bu Şartlara aykırı kullanımınızdan doğan tüm üçüncü taraf taleplerine karşı GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET'i tazmin etmeyi ve zararsız tutmayı kabul edersiniz.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GNDZ DIŞ TİCARET harmless from all third-party claims arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms.
11. Sonlandırma
Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz veya kötü niyetli kullanım tespit edilmesi halinde, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın Uygulamaya erişiminizi askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır. Sonlandırma sonrası iade hakkınız doğmaz.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms or in case of malicious use. No refunds are owed after termination.
12. Şartlardaki Değişiklikler
Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürümü gndztek.com.tr/xreporte/terms_of_use.html adresinde bulabilirsiniz.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at gndztek.com.tr/xreporte/terms_of_use.html.
13. Geçerli Hukuk
Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketicilerin yürürlükteki tüketici koruma mevzuatından doğan hakları saklıdır.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction. Consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws are reserved.
